ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੀਆਂ 87 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ

ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਢਾਈ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਦੇਸ਼-ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਹੁੰਗਾਰਾ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਹੁਣ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੀਆਂ 87 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਤੇ ਖੁਰਾਕੀ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਜ਼ੀ-ਰੋਟੀ ਤੇ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ । ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਗ਼ੈਰਵਾਜਬ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਛੇੜੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਬਣ ਲਈ ਚੱਲੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਏ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਹੀ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ । ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਸੰਗਠਨ ‘Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy’ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸੋਫ਼ੀਆ ਮਰਫ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ।
